Small and small pressure reducing valve energy saving and environmental protection new products

In the world of business, there's a term called "Wanli," which means achieving great returns with minimal cost. Making a profit in economic activities is never easy, but Jiang Shanming, the president of Sichuan Dazhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (known as Dagang), has just pulled off a remarkable "sale and sale" — a deal that is even more efficient than traditional profit-making. A year ago, Dagang signed an energy-saving renovation contract for its blast furnaces with a company, without spending a single penny. Now, after the project was completed, the company is earning millions every year. The key to this success lies in using the residual pressure from the blast furnace to generate electricity. In January 2007, Dagang partnered with China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Investment Co. (referred to as the environmental protection company) to upgrade two 480-cubic-meter blast furnaces. These furnaces were previously wasting a large amount of pressure, but the environmental protection company turned it into a valuable resource. By installing a turbine system known as TRT (Top Gas Recovery Turbine), they captured the pressure from the blast furnace’s gas line and used it to drive a generator, producing clean electricity. While many large steel companies have adopted similar technologies for blast furnaces over 1,000 cubic meters, Dagang's case is unique — it’s one of the few examples of applying this technology to medium-sized blast furnaces. The TRT project uses a new approach, similar to the “one for two” concept in air conditioners, by combining the residual pressure from two 480-cubic-meter furnaces into one turbine for power generation. With support from Dagang, the project moved quickly: construction began in late May 2007, equipment installation started in September, and the system successfully connected to the grid on December 25th. At the completion ceremony on January 10, 2008, Jiang Shanming expressed his satisfaction. The project generates 28 million kWh of electricity annually, saving more than 15 million yuan in electricity costs. Beyond the financial benefits, the project also helped Dagang meet government and societal expectations for energy conservation and emissions reduction. This transformation was made possible through a groundbreaking mechanism called “contract energy management.” Under this model, Dagang didn’t pay anything upfront. Instead, the environmental protection company handled all aspects of the project — from design and equipment procurement to installation and commissioning — and only got paid after the project was completed. The payment came from the energy savings generated over three years, meaning no impact on Dagang’s production funds or cash flow. According to Li Longsheng, deputy general manager of the parent company of the environmental protection firm, this model is a win-win: the risks are taken by the service provider, and payments are made only after the energy savings are realized. This innovative approach not only helps enterprises reduce costs but also promotes sustainable development. Experts estimate that there are over 150 medium-sized blast furnaces (between 450-1,000 cubic meters) across China that could benefit from similar energy-saving upgrades. If implemented, these projects could save at least 3 billion kWh of electricity annually and generate over 2 billion yuan in value. Today, the Chinese energy-saving market is expanding rapidly. Companies like China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation are leading the way, focusing on demonstration projects rather than mass production. Their services go beyond energy-saving transformations, including straw power generation, waste-to-energy, and sewage sludge treatment. With a dedicated team of experts, they help businesses achieve energy efficiency, cost reduction, and environmental compliance. Dagang’s success story shows that with the right partnership and innovative mechanisms, even small and medium-sized enterprises can make a big impact in sustainability and profitability.

6 Burners Electric Oven

One of the advantages of Electric Ovens is that they heat up quickly and maintain a consistent temperature. This makes them ideal for baking, as the even heat distribution ensures that the food is cooked evenly.Electric Ovens also have a wide temperature range, which allows for a variety of cooking methods such as broiling, grilling, and roasting.
