1. Check the appearance Look at the engine for leaks or leaks; see if the exhaust pipe is blackened. If it is smoked black, it means that the engine is emitting black smoke and diesel fuel is not completely burnt; see if the outer shell is deformed by bumps.
2. Check the engine to the engine, see if the cylinder compression is strong, decompression rotation with or without abnormal sound; listen to the engine sound is crisp, uniform; change the throttle, listen to the sound is normal; observe the oil pressure gauge, water temperature meter, ammeter is normal , whether the smoke emitted is light. If it is normal, then hang up each block and check whether the traveling operation mechanism and chassis transmission are normal. The operating mechanism should be flexible and the sound of the transmission part must be positive. After parking, check whether there is oil in the tank; if there is water in the oil (from the engine outlet, if there is foam in the oil, there is water in the oil). If there is any of the above phenomena, there is a crack in the body.
3. Check the material Check the quality of the agricultural vehicle, because it is related to whether the agricultural vehicle is sturdy and durable.
(1) The frame of the frame, commonly known as the “girderâ€, is the base frame of the agricultural vehicle and bears all the weight of the agricultural vehicle itself and the cargo. If you give a crisp sound, it means that the material is good; if the sound is hoarse, there may be minor flaws such as cracks.
(4) Tires The price of a farm vehicle tire accounts for about 20% of the vehicle price. The outer surface of the tire can not have cracks, lack of glue, scars, whitening and wrong flowers. Pay attention to what kind of material and structure the tire cord (which is the skeleton of the tire) is on the side of the tire. In general, nylon cords are better than cotton and rayon cords, and radial tires are better than ordinary tires.
(5) The quality of paint for agricultural vehicles is not only as important as people's dress, but also affects the service life of agricultural vehicles. Good agricultural vehicles should adopt advanced baking techniques, requiring lustrous paint, uniform paint, and hard film. You can choose a less important place on the car body and wipe it with a dry cloth. If there is no change in the color and luster of the paint, it means that the paint is used.
