1. PP Micro Foam Sheet Applications:
PP foam sheets have a unique advantage, with a density of more than 0.45g/cm³, they offer excellent bending resilience and are resistant to deformation. They are widely used in the folder industry. For a density of 0.6g/cm³, PP foam has good mechanical properties, making it ideal for automotive interior applications such as carpet support materials, shading boards, noise boards, luggage racks, interior trims, covers, and boxes. At a density of 0.3g/cm³, the sheet is flexible and resilient, suitable for packaging and shelf applications.
2. Sheet Extrusion Line:
**Extruder:** A suitable single-screw extruder (with or without vent) should be selected based on the material used. The specially designed screw and advanced temperature control system ensure good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.
**Screen Changer and Mould:** A hydraulic quick screen changer ensures fast and leak-free screen changes. A well-designed mould structure is essential depending on the material type. Clothing rack-style moulds are commonly used to regulate flow distribution and ensure even thickness of the sheets.
**Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:** Choose an inclined or vertical three-roller machine based on the desired sheet thickness. Each roller has separate temperature control, and the gap between them can be adjusted freely. The central roller has a special angle adjustment design, ensuring excellent calendering quality and consistent sheet thickness.
**Cooling Roller Bracket:** Equipped with guide rollers, this system enhances cooling efficiency. An edge-shearing device ensures fixed sheet width and clean edges.
**Edge Side Cutting Device:** This allows for smooth and uniform cutting of the sheet edges, with waste material that can be reused in production.
**Online Crushing and Recycling Device:** Converts cutting waste into small flakes for re-use in production.
**Haul-Off Device**
**Landscape Orientation Cutting Machine:** Features precise length-cutting with less than 2mm error, using alloy blades or rigid saw bits for consistent performance.
**Winder:** Available in friction winder or other custom designs as per customer requirements.
**Auto Stacker**
**Electricity Control System:** Siemens PLC touch screen control, Schneider contactors, ABB inverters, RKC or OMRON temperature controllers.

- Full-automatic hydraulic screen changing for easy and fast operation.
- Hydraulic movement of upper and lower roll wheels on the 3-roll calendar, adjustable pressure for different materials.
