3-way & 2-chamber Control Valves
The BDV series back-flushing control valves are advanced 3-way and 2-chamber hydraulic drive diaphragm valves designed for smooth flow changes and low-pressure sealing. These valves can be integrated with gravel or disc filters to create an automatic backwash filtration system. They also allow for flow direction changes in water supply systems, making them highly versatile.

How It Works?
Let’s take a direct flow control valve as an example:
In normal filtering mode, the inlet and outlet are connected, allowing straight water flow. When pressurized water enters the diaphragm control chamber, it drives the spool assembly upward, sealing the inlet and directing water to the sewage outlet, initiating the backwashing cycle. Once the control chamber is drained, the pressure and spring force return the spool to its original position, resuming the filtration process.
