1. PP Micro Foam Sheet Applications:
PP foam sheets have unique advantages. With a density over 0.45g/cm³, they offer excellent bending resilience and are not easily deformed. They are widely used in the folder industry. For densities of 0.6g/cm³, PP foam has good mechanical properties and is ideal for automotive interiors, such as carpet support materials, shading boards, noise boards, luggage racks, interior trims, covers, and boxes. At 0.3g/cm³, it provides flexibility and resilience, making it suitable for packaging and shelf applications.
2. Sheet Extrusion Line:
Extruder: A single-screw extruder (with or without vent) should be selected based on the material. The screw is specially designed, and the advanced temperature control system ensures good plasticization, high output, and stable extrusion.
Screen Changer and Mold:The hydraulic quick screen changer ensures fast and leak-free screen changes. The mold design is tailored to the material, with clothes-rack type molds being widely used to regulate flow distribution and ensure even sheet thickness.
Three-Roller Calendaring Machine:Choose an inclined or vertical three-roller calendaring machine depending on the sheet thickness. Each roller has separate temperature control, and the gap between them can be adjusted freely. The central roller features a special angle adjustment design, ensuring excellent calendering performance and uniform sheet thickness.
Cooling Roller Bracket:Equipped with guide rollers for better cooling. An edge shearing device ensures consistent width and quality of the sheet edges.
Edge Side Cutting Device Online:Ensures smooth and uniform edges, with cutting waste that can be reused in production.
Online Crushing and Recycling Device:Converts cutting waste into small flakes for reuse.
Haul-Off Device.
Landscape Orientation Cutting Machine:
This machine offers fixed-length cutting with precision under 2mm, using alloy blades or rigid alloy saw bits to ensure reliable performance and consistent results.
