Shushan company's new dust collector efficient desulfurization

The SPX Wet Spray Cyclone High-efficiency Dust Removal Desulfurization and Denitrification Integrated Device Technology developed and produced by Hunan Shushan Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. has now been selected as the national key environmental protection practical technology promotion project in 2008. The device has a dust removal efficiency of 99.7%, a desulfurization efficiency of 90%, and an export flue gas moisture content of 4.7% (far below the allowable value of 8%). It is suitable for the integration of boiler flue gas and smoke dust from 1 to 1,500 tons per hour.
The difference between the SPX type device and other dust removal and desulfurization technology products lies in that it is dusted by the principle of centrifugal force, dewatered by the principle of centrifugal force, and increases the desulfurization time, surface and reaction efficiency by the swirling flow. In the process of use, there is no dust, no blockage, full granite structure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and the service life can reach more than 30 years. The device has five latest patents, namely Venturi device patent, water distribution device patent, dehydration device patent, cylinder dehydration sub-tower patent, circulating water system device patent.
From 2001 to 2002, four SPX-35 wet spray swirl granite desulphurization dust collectors were applied to four 35 ton/hr circulating fluidized beds in the Yangquan Coal Group Power Generation Corporation No. 2 thermal power plant project. Operation tests showed that the smoke contained only 4.7% moisture, the dust emission concentration was 182.96 mg/standard cubic meter, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration was 846 mg/standard cubic meter, the desulfurization efficiency was 84.11%, and the synchronous operation rate of the dust collector and the boiler was 100%.
