Building upon the foundation of single-channel and three-channel dryers, this new model offers improved drying efficiency, reduced VOC emissions, and broader application possibilities. It incorporates a range of advanced technologies, including turbulence disturbance techniques, multi-channel gas-solid two-phase heat and mass transfer systems, modal analysis, thermal finite element simulation, and quasi-steady-state modeling for dual-zone drying. Innovations such as turbulators, movable jaws, sleek serrated copy boards, and continuous curved copy boards further enhance its performance.
The unique design of the turbulators ensures that the material does not come into direct contact with high-temperature air, preventing charring or over-drying. The hot air is evenly dispersed and rapidly distributed throughout the system, reducing wind speed and allowing full contact with the wet material. As the material moves to the second zone, the wind speed gradually increases, enabling efficient removal of moisture. This makes it ideal for processing fibrous materials like oil palm fibers, coir fibers, and high-viscosity substances such as sludge, cassava residue, and potato dregs—without clogging or sticking.
