Targeting to build a 10 million-ton oil refining and processing base, Karamay Petrochemicals' crude oil processing capacity will be increased from the current annual output of 5 million tons to 10 million tons, becoming the second 10 million-ton oil refining and processing enterprise in our district after Dushanzi Petrochemical. The processed crude oil is mainly heavy oil, which accounts for 80% of the total processing volume. It is the largest heavy oil centralized processing base in China. At the same time, by building a new high-pressure hydrogenation unit with an annual output of 500,000 tons, Keke Petrochemical will build a world-class million-ton oil base.
