On October 25, 2016, Jiangsu Jiesheng Anchoring Machine Co., Ltd. produced two sets of Φ30 hydraulic combination windlass for Yiyang Zhonghai Ship Co., Ltd., which passed the strict inspection of the inspectors and delivered the products smoothly.
It is understood that Jiesheng Anchor Machine Co., Ltd. and Yiyang Zhonghai Shipping Co., Ltd. have cooperated for many years. Yiyang Zhonghai Shipping Co., Ltd. was founded in 1953 and has a history of more than 50 years of shipbuilding. It is a key local manufacturer of production engineering vessels of the Ministry of Communications. The quality requirements of the supporting products are very strict. The customized hydraulic combination windlass will be applied to a dredging vessel of the company.
On June 10, after receiving the order, the company purchased the drawings, raw materials, electromechanical equipment, and adopted the project leader system. The personnel inspected and inspected all the components; especially the geometrical tolerances and surface roughness of the product processing. The deformation of the welding workpiece is optimized and controlled by the computer. For the machining, assembly, commissioning and operation, the operator is really short in duration and heavy in the task.
In order to process the products that satisfy the customers, to achieve zero errors in processing, and to report zero sweeps, the machining center goes all out, from the drawing review, the preparation of the process and procedures, to the on-site workpiece transfer, each step is carried out according to the process rules. Ensure that the windlass is on the test bench as scheduled, and the inspection was successful on October 20.
