Electric hoist scrap standards

The electric hoist is used in residential buildings, hanging gray bricks, digging wells, yard warehouses, shopping malls, restaurants, individual workshops, small factories and mines, can be moved, lifted, and loaded/unloaded at any angle. It is currently an ideal small-scale lifting tool in China. Widely used in small and medium-sized residential, high-rise building decoration, hanging floor slabs, digging wells, lifting the warehouse factory and other units or individuals necessary common machinery.

220V-380V multi-function electric hoist. Cone rotor motor and ordinary motor are used as power to drive the reel in combination with the structure of the transmission to achieve up and down operation.

Reel scrap standards:

(1) Reel rope groove, rope groove wear more than 2mm should be re-trained, after the overhaul rope groove should meet the requirements of the drawings, but the thickness of the reel should not be less than 81% of the original thickness;

(2) The surface of the drum should have no cracks on the surface of the drum. There should be no obvious out-of-roundness, and the platen screws should not be loosened.

(3) There must be no cracks on the spool shaft or the spool shaft. After overhaul, it shall meet the requirements of drawings. When the wear exceeds 5% of the nominal diameter, new parts shall be replaced;

(4) Assembling and installation, the centerline of the reel shaft and the supporting surface of the trolley frame should be parallel, the deviation should not be larger by 1mm/m, and the deviation of the centerline of the two shaft ends after the reel installation should be no more than 0.15mm.

Rope length is 30 meters long and double is 15 meters. The length of wire rope can be lengthened according to the user's needs.
