Constant temperature and humidity box heating and cooling rate measurement need to be carried out under full load conditions, heating and cooling rate: the average rate of change every 5min is 5 ± 1 °C / min or the highest average rate of change of the test chamber. Insulation performance testing and assessment methods:

This test was conducted during the heating and cooling test. When the test chamber reached the maximum test temperature and stabilized for 3 hours, the surface temperature of the test chamber was checked with a surface thermometer, the observation window frame, and other accessible parts, if not higher than 50°C. Under low temperature conditions, when the ambient temperature is 30 to 35°C and the relative humidity is 75% to 85%, there should be no obvious condensation phenomenon on the outer wall of the box, the door, and the seal.

When the test box reaches the minimum test temperature and is stable for 3 hours, the condensation on the outer wall of the box and the seal of the door is observed with the naked eye, such as no obvious dew or water film condensation phenomenon.

The above temperature and humidity box heating and cooling rate test method was taken from GB10592-89 high and low temperature test box standard. The requirements of this standard are relatively high. If only the requirements of GB/T 2423.1-2008 and GB/T 2423.2-2008 are met, the lifting and cooling rate shall be: 1 to 3 degrees/min, and 0.7 to 1 degrees/min. .
