In September 2012, under the impetus of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions and the Municipal Industry (Defense) Trade Union, the Beijing Automobile Parts Enterprise Trade Union Confederation was established. In December 2013, the Beijing auto parts industry signed the “Wage Collective Agreement” for the first time. The agreement stipulated that “the minimum wage standard for employees is not less than 1.07 times the minimum wage standard promulgated by the Beijing Municipal Government”.

This time, the two parties in the agreement analyzed and forecasted the operation status of the auto parts industry in the city this year. At the same time, the negotiation content was determined after referring to the labor market wage guidance price and the industry labor cost status. The agreement stipulates that enterprises should establish a salary system for “post salary + performance reward” in all production and business positions and make it clear. At the same time, all employees provide normal labor during the statutory working hours, and enterprises should provide working meals for employees on a daily basis. If an enterprise needs to extend the working hours of its employees due to business or other special reasons, it shall perform its legal procedures and implement it in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Labor Law.

This year, the Auto Parts Federation of the Auto Parts Industry has signed the "Agreement on Promoting Harmonious Labor Relations of Auto Parts Enterprises" with Beijing Benz Auto Co., Ltd. and Beijing Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. The two parties agreed that the whole vehicle enterprise should take the harmonious labor relationship as one of the necessary evaluation criteria for stabilizing the supply capacity in the process of setting and reviewing the parts supply enterprises, and clearly require the parts and components enterprises to establish the trade union organization, the employee representative conference system and the wage collective. Negotiation system. The move will play a role in promoting the harmonious labor relations of 245 auto parts companies and enhancing the influence of wage negotiations in the industry.
