According to statistics, in recent years, Yuchai has eliminated the supply of more than 30 sets of high-energy-consuming equipment, a number of backward motors and air conditioners, and invested 400,000 yuan to transform two 7-ton molten iron furnaces and invested more than 80 million yuan from domestic sources. The introduction of a number of high-efficiency, low-energy production equipment, energy-saving effect is remarkable.

Since last year, Yuchai has carried out an overall transformation of the power supply and distribution system, rationally adjusted the structure of the power supply and distribution, and added reactive automatic compensation devices, which greatly reduced reactive power losses. For each energy-using system, Yuchai also carries out energy-saving technological transformation, so that the utilization rate of heat energy is increased from 50% to 85%, and the energy-saving rate of lighting reaches 80%, so that the annual water consumption of the enterprise is more than 30,000 tons, and the reuse rate of industrial water is also used. Up to 79.8%, greatly reducing the consumption of water resources.
