ANSYS finite element analysis ANSYS software is a large-scale CAE general finite element analysis software integrating structure, heat, fluid, electromagnetic and acoustic. The analysis and calculation module includes structural analysis, fluid analysis, electromagnetic field analysis, etc. It can simulate the interaction of various material media, and has sensitivity analysis and optimization analysis capabilities. The post-processing module can display the calculation result in a graphical manner such as a color contour display or a gradient display, or display or output the calculation result in the form of a graph or a curve.
The material selection and the selection of the mesh unit are 45 steel. The mechanical properties are elastic modulus E=193000MPa and Poisson's ratio is 013. Considering the complex gear structure and the requirements of computer performance, the triangle III is adopted. The node unit intelligently meshes the gears, and the mesh length and curvature of the solid model can be optimally meshed by itself, and the mesh is encrypted twice in the place where the stress is concentrated. The calculation unit selected here is SolidTet10node92 (Solid92). Solid92 is a three-dimensional 10-node tetrahedral structural solid element that allows for the use of irregular shapes while maintaining accuracy. Solid92 has the same displacement shape and is suitable for modeling curved boundaries. Each node has 3 degrees of freedom: translation along the x, y, and z directions of the node coordinates; Solid92 has the functions of plasticity, creep, stress strengthening, large deformation, and large strain. The number of cells after meshing is 77,929, and the number of nodes is 116,426.
The constraining gear is coupled to the shaft by a key, and the gear is rotated together with the shaft by external input torque. In this paper, the static analysis of the gear is carried out, and the center hole of the gear is fixed so that it does not generate displacement in the x, y, and z directions, and also controls the rotation around the x, y, and z axes.
The applied load gear is rotated by the external input torque. When the gear teeth are engaged, the normal load Fn acting on the tooth surface along the meshing line is perpendicular to the tooth surface, where Fn=2000N is taken, for the convenience of loading, the method is adopted. The load Fn is decomposed on the contact line into two mutually perpendicular component forces, namely the circumferential force Ft=Fncosα=1879N and the radial force Fr=Fttgα=684N, corresponding to the loading into the y and x directions in ANSYS.
Computational solution and post-processing By loading the rotational moment, since the gear center has been constrained to deform the gear teeth, the powerful solution function of ANSYS software can be used to solve the stress and strain of each node and reflect it in different entities through different colors. On the model, it can be seen that the maximum stress generated by the teeth occurs at the edge of the root, which is consistent with the actual situation.

Production test briefs At the end of 2002, the first batch of 3 prototypes were launched and entered the user site production test. The users initially confirmed and put forward valuable opinions. After perfecting and improving according to the user's opinions, we launched the second batch of 20 prototypes in 2003. Among them, the Western Surveyor Lanzhou Branch purchased 6 sets for the construction of the site of the Luohe Ecological Park in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, and completed more than 780 jet-jet pile holes. The pile diameter is 130mm and the pile depth is 12m. It is constructed with 50mm drill pipe. The site is a riverbed pebble layer. The user uses this type of drilling rig and supporting mud mixer to complete the mud wall drilling, avoiding the buried hole accident, making the project go smoothly, and the project is completed successfully and the acceptance is qualified.
At present, the GXY-150 engineering drilling rig has been basically finalized. In 2004, it has entered mass production and sold dozens of units in the market.
