The TLC-Raman spectrometer developed by this project is the world's first innovative instrument combining thin-layer chromatography with Raman spectroscopy. Shanghai Kezhe Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. undertakes the research, development, and industrialization of the thin-layer chromatographic instrument in the project. This instrument integrates the multi-step process of thin-layer chromatographic experiments that can only be realized by combining multiple single-function instruments into one instrument. In-house implementation, automatic TLC injection, automatic spotting, image positioning and automatic dispensing functions in the overall space, and Raman detectors can be used for multi-mode Raman spectral scanning.
This instrument expands the scope of analysis of Raman spectrometers that can only analyze purely chemical drugs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine and chemical compound preparations, creating a new era of TLC-Raman spectroscopy. The TLC-Raman spectrometer is used by the project application unit and has good feedback. It can meet the requirements in terms of positioning accuracy, stability, reproducibility, etc. Compared with the imported equipment construction platform, the automation integration The instrument and intelligent operation interface make the operation more convenient and greatly reduce the operator's work intensity. The application unit of the project has used this instrument to detect the chemical drugs and dyes added to the illegal ingredients of Chinese medicines, and can be extended to the field of food safety analysis. The instrument has the characteristics of high detection throughput and low detection cost. It can be recommended for popularization in grassroots testing units and will play an important role in drug safety and food safety.
