The back side of the LED module mask is flat, and because of the problem of the light type in front, the stripe-shaped protrusion and the brim of the lamp are designed. That is, the design focus of our design should consider the previous light pattern. It is precisely because of our design, and the shrinkage of the PC material is not fully considered, resulting in the uneven distribution of the surface stress caused by the shrinkage of the material, the stripe protrusion in front of the mask shrinks more than the back plane shrinks. Similarly, the stress generated in the front is larger than the later stress, and the imbalance between the front and rear of the stress causes the mask to sag backward.

Because the stress distribution before and after the mask caused by material shrinkage and design defects is unbalanced, and the surface stress of the mask is unevenly distributed, the stress generated by shrinkage in the middle part of the mask is larger than the edge, so the mask is generally in the middle. More concave back. Some people may say that the mask is soft. I use the bottom case of the module to raise the middle of the mask. Should this phenomenon disappear? It can be concluded that there is no other phenomenon. Due to the shrinkage of the material, the curvature of the mask surface has an effect on the curvature of light reflection, so that the feeling of the plaque on the display screen is increased visually.

It can be seen that the display plaque is caused by the mask material and design defects, then how to solve it?

First of all, we must appropriately increase the thickness of the mask so that the shrinkage stress caused by the protrusion of the front of the mask can reach a negligible level. This solution can be solved, but the first solution is to accurately calculate the thickness of the mask mask. It may lead to the emergence of other problems, and the third is to have a good grasp of the material.

Secondly, the simplest front and back of the mask are designed with the same protrusions, that is, what kind of optical protrusions are designed on the front of the mask, what kind of protrusions are designed on the same position in the back, so that the shrinkage in the front and back of the mask is balanced, and thus The stress caused by shrinking the front and back of the mask is balanced, and the deformation of the mask is solved.
