Working fire in Chicago, 9-17-17

This is from Josh Boyajian: Working fire last weekend in the 6th Battalion. The incident was at 5640 S Peoria, a two-story vacant home with fully involved back porches when crews arrived. The response was quick, and crews managed to bring the fire under control. After the fire was out, firefighters remained on scene for overhaul, ensuring no hidden embers were left burning. It's always a tough call when dealing with vacant structures, but the crew handled it professionally.
