Deutz FAW Dachai passed the on-site audit of quality system

From October 19th to 22nd, 2009, a three-person supervision and inspection team of the German Rheinland Quality Management System conducted a three-day re-evaluation of ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system for Deutz FAW (Dalian) Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. After the audit, the audit team found a total of 4 general non-conformities, proposed 17 suggestions for improvement, the audit team's conclusion is approved on-site, and after the rectification of the non-conformity items is completed and verified, they can obtain the certificate qualification.

In 2009, the first meeting of the 2009 ISO/TS16949 quality system reassessment review held on October 19th, the company's technical director, Kissel, first introduced the company's 2009 overall quality system operation. He said that in order to implement the new auditing standards, the company has asked all departments to carry out the study of the TS16949 quality management system, and the quality manuals and related system documents have also been revised. The company carried out regular internal quality system audits. In the first half of the year, a total of 48 non-conforming items and 17 items were proposed. The head of the audit team, Jet Li, made a statement on the audit matter and read out the audit requirements. The audit was carried out in three groups. The on-site sampling method was used to audit all departments and workshops covered by the company's ISO/TS16949 quality management system.

At the last meeting of the reassessment of the quality management system held on October 22, 2009, the audit team believed that the management system of Deutz FAW Dashi Diesel has been greatly improved in recent years. The overall operation is normal, and the company's advanced and efficient automation. The production and testing equipment investment, high product positioning, systemization of the quality management system internal audit system, etc. are fully affirmed and highly evaluated. Technical director Kissel on behalf of Deutz FAW Dachai thanked the audit team for its work. He said that all departments will carefully analyze the non-conformities and suggestions proposed by the audit team, and will not evade the existing problems, formulate corrective measures in time, and quickly complete the rectification within the prescribed time. On this basis, we continuously improve the company's product quality and management level, and lay a solid foundation for the company's business objectives.
