Research on on-line detection and adjustment technology of safety valve
The scientific research project “Safety Valve Online Testing and Adjustment Technology Research” participated in the special inspection institute of Zhejiang Province won the third prize of “China Special Equipment Inspection Association Science and Technology Award”.
This project has developed a safety valve online calibrator for the on-line verification of pressure equipment safety valve offline verification, such as the poor accuracy of parking disassembly and calibration, and the problems in online adjustment. Tuning process integration for off-line and online (cold and hot) calibration and auto-tuning.
Through a large number of different parameters of the safety valve field calibration test, it is confirmed that the research results can be used for safety valves with a medium pressure of 6.4 MPa or more, a safety valve with a medium temperature of 100 ° C or more, and a toxic medium safety valve. Key Technologies for Welding Quality Control and Safety Testing of Urban Polyethylene Gas Pipeline
The “Key Technology for Welding Quality Control and Safety Inspection of Urban Polyethylene Gas Pipeline” led by Xiamen Special Inspection Institute won the second prize.
The project focused on how to obtain high-performance polyethylene pipe welded joints and reliable testing methods, and carried out research on key technologies for quality control and inspection of polyethylene pipe welding. It mainly includes the optimization process of welded joints, key technologies of ultrasonic phased array and infrared thermal imaging, and key technologies of pipeline inspection.
Microwave Detection and Safety Assessment of Defects in Welded Joints of Polyethylene Gas Pipelines
Jiaxing City Special Inspection Institute, Shanghai Jiaotong University, China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, the project "Microwave Gas Pipe Welding Joint Defects Microwave Detection and Safety Assessment" third prize for scientific and technological progress.
The project creatively proposes the use of microwave detection technology principle to non-destructive testing of defects in polyethylene gas pipe welded joints, thereby improving detection sensitivity and accuracy, and increasing the types of detectable defects. Cold welding defects that pose the greatest threat to gas pipeline safety have also been effectively tested. The research results have promoted the non-destructive testing technology for the defects of welded joints in polyethylene gas pipelines, thus achieving the safety hazard of eliminating polyethylene gas pipelines at the source.
