Driven by the idea of ​​strengthening and expanding the household electrical appliance industry in Anhui Province, the Anhui Provincial Government began to strongly promote the reorganization of Rongshida and Meiling. The government hopes to achieve the effect of “1+1>2” through strong alliances.

According to Chery's strategic deployment in Henan, Yin Tongyue will join Shaolin Motors and Kaifeng as its strategic location. Choosing to cooperate with companies outside the province, Chery has its own ideas. “If the company’s willingness is not strong, the provincial government cannot advance strongly.” According to sources close to the SASAC in Anhui Province, if Chery could not come together with JAC, Jianghuai in the same province was one of Chery's biggest competitors.
