1. Introduction of Mechanical
The ventilation duct production line is our latest coil line. Featuring a U-type structure, it occupies less space and reduces the time required for plate passing, achieving a productivity of 25 seconds per piece. Just input the dimensions of the ducts you need to process, and this fully automated line will complete the following processes: Straightening, Beading, Notching, Slitting, Pittsburgh Lock forming, TDF Flange forming, Angle-Iron Flange forming, and Automatic Folding. It can produce two types of ducts: "L" shape or "U" shape. This line offers high automation, high efficiency, low labor cost, and minimal material usage.

Uncoiling - Straightening and Beading - Holes punching for supporting bracket (Optional) - Notching - Pittsburgh Lock former - Duplex Right-Angle Flange former - Duplex TDF Flange former - Folding

4.Universal: 9/16`` standard spindles, suitable for most mountain bikes, road bikes, fixed gear bikes, etc. L for left pedal, R for right pedal, easy to install, use an 8mm Hex/ Allen key to tighten pedals from inside crank arm.
