1. Introduction of the Mechanical

The ventilation duct production line is our latest coil line. Featuring a U-type structure, it occupies less space and reduces the time required for plate passing, achieving a productivity of 25 seconds per piece. Simply input the dimensions of the ducts you need to process, and this fully automatic line will handle the following steps: Straightening, Beading, Notching, Slitting, Pittsburgh Lock forming, TDF Flange forming, Angle-Iron Flange forming, and Auto Folding. It can produce two types of ducts: "L" shape or "U" shape. This system is characterized by high automation, high efficiency, low labor costs, and minimal material usage.
