5.Packing & Delivery
For the 6 Ton/day Flake Ice Machine, we use international standard packaging. There is a carton, and outside with a wooden case. The packing is fumigated to prevent bugs. A box contains the machine, and the ice machine and ice storage library are packaged separately.

1. How can we place an order?
After we agree on the product's surface finish and price, we will send you a proforma invoice for confirmation. Once we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use it to deliver the goods. If not, once the goods arrive at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to assist with customs clearance.

2. What is your payment term?

30% deposit via T/T in advance, and the remaining 70% upon completion of the goods. Small amounts can be paid via PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making a payment.
