5.Packing & Delivery
For the 6 Ton/day flake ice machine, we use international standard packaging. There is a carton, outside with wooden case. Packing after fumigation, to prevent bugs. A box inside a machine, the ice machine and ice storage library packaged separately.

1. How can we place an order?
After we agree on the product's surface finish and price, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. When we receive your advance payment (deposit), we will start production.

If you have your own shipping forwarder, we will use your forwarder to deliver the goods. If you don't have one, once the goods arrive at the destination port, you must find a shipping forwarder to help clear customs.

2. What's your payment term?

30% deposit in advance via T/T, balance 70% paid when goods are ready. Small amount payments can be made through PayPal, Escrow, or Western Union. Please confirm everything clearly before making payment.
