The 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps are designed for efficient pumping of gases and steam. These pumps can achieve a suction pressure as low as 33 mbar (abs), which corresponds to a 97% vacuum level. When using transformer oil as the operating fluid, they function as oil ring vacuum pumps, capable of reaching a suction pressure of 6.7 mbar (abs), equivalent to a 99% vacuum degree. This makes them a perfect replacement for traditional reciprocating vacuum pumps.
When used as compressors, the maximum discharge pressure is up to 0.26 MPa (abs). The higher the discharge pressure, the greater the power required. Therefore, it's essential to provide the discharge pressure details when selecting the appropriate motor for the system.
The 2BV series pumps are an upgraded alternative to the SK, 2SK, W, WY, and WL series units, offering superior performance and reliability. They are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications.
