It was learned from China Hengtian Group Co., Ltd. that Hengtian Heavy Industries newly developed an 80,000-ton-year viscose staple fiber post-processing production line that had been newly researched and passed through mechanical appraisal and sent to Chengdu Liya Fiber Co., Ltd. This is the world's largest capacity viscose staple fiber post-processing production line.
It is estimated that the 80,000-ton production line developed this time will reduce the investment in plant and equipment by 20% compared with the production capacity of two 40,000-ton production lines, and the labor and energy consumption will be reduced by 30%. The economic benefits are considerable.
Before the 1990s, the annual production capacity of viscose staple fiber post-processing equipment used by domestic chemical fiber plants was only 5,000 tons. With the vigorous demand for viscose staple fibers and the application of new technologies and new processes, Hengtian Heavy Industries has carried out new developments since 2000. From 2004 to 2012, the annual production capacity of 30,000 tons, 45,000 tons, and 60,000 tons of viscose staple fiber post-processing production lines will be successfully driven by domestic and foreign manufacturers. In recent years, with the increase in the cost of raw materials and labor, viscose manufacturers have been paying more attention to reducing production costs and developing high value-added fibers such as high-white fibers, modal fibers, flame-retardant fibers, and colored fibers.
Hengtian Heavyworks is China's largest supplier of chemical fiber complete sets of equipment. It has reached international advanced technological level in leading products such as polyester staple fiber equipment and viscose fiber equipment. It has developed the first set of 150 tons and 200 tons of polyester staple fiber in Japan. Equipment, and to achieve a successful drive; in the viscose fiber, is the world's largest supplier of viscose fiber complete sets of equipment, leading products in the domestic market share of more than 90%, and exports to Austrian Lenzing Group and India Bola Group. The newly-developed 80,000-ton post-processing production line mainly includes a 4000-mm-wide refiner combined machine and a 3800-mm-wide drying combiner, both of which are currently the world's largest wide-ranging viscose refiners and dryers.
The project has a total of 14 kinds of unit machines, including electrical control and process flow. The main technical parameters: an annual output of 80,000 tons, the refining machine working width of 4 meters, dryer 3.8 meters; transmission speed of 4.5 meters / minute; outlet regain: 120% high pressure rolling mill, dryer 11%.
