The ASW series submersible sewage pump is primarily used for municipal works, industrial buildings, hotels, hospitals, civil air defense, mines, and other locations. It is designed to drain sewage, wastewater, rainwater, and domestic water that contains solid grains and various long fabrics.
The ASW pump features high efficiency, energy saving, non-clogging, anti-winding, and a long service life. It can be equipped with an automatic coupling device and comes in five types: common type, auto-mixing type, auto-shredding type, auto-mixing chopped, and anti-flushing type.

1) Utilizing large flow-channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design, it significantly improves the ability of sewage passing through, effectively handling fiber materials up to five times the diameter of the pump and particles up to 50% of the outlet diameter;

2) The mechanical seal adopts a double tandem seal, made of hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, offering durability and wear resistance;

3) Compact structure, small volume, easy to move and install, no need to build a pump room;

4) The pump can operate when submerged in water, with an oil-water probe in the oil chamber; if the mechanical seal is damaged, the probe will send a signal upon water entering the oil chamber;

5) According to user requirements, it can be equipped with an automatic security control cabinet to monitor leakage, creepage, overload, and over-temperature, ensuring reliable and safe operation;

6) It can use fixed coupling installation or a double guide rail automatic coupling system, making installation and maintenance convenient, and service personnel do not need to enter the sewage pool;

7) We can adjust the float switch position according to the required level, automatically controlling the pump start-stop, without the need for supervision;

8) The motor can use a water jacket-type external circulation cooling system to ensure the electric pump's safety in dry conditions (without water).
