The ASW series submersible sewage pump is designed for municipal works, industrial buildings, hotels, hospitals, civil defense, and mines. It efficiently drains sewage, wastewater, rainwater, and domestic water containing solid grains and long fibers.
This high-efficiency, energy-saving pump features non-clogging, anti-winding, and long-lasting performance. It can be equipped with an automatic coupling device and comes in five models: standard, auto-mixing, auto-shredding, auto-mixing chopped, and anti-flushing types.

1) Large flow-channel hydraulic design significantly improves the ability to pass sewage, allowing fiber materials five times the diameter of the pump and particles up to 50% of the outlet diameter;

2) Mechanical seal uses a double tandem seal, made of hard corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, offering durability and wear resistance;

3) Compact structure, small size, easy to move and install, no need for a pump room;

4) The pump can operate when submerged in water, with an oil-water probe in the oil chamber that signals if the mechanical seal is damaged;

5) According to user requirements, it can be equipped with an automatic security control cabinet that monitors leakage, overload, and temperature, ensuring safe and reliable operation;

6) It can be installed using fixed coupling or a dual guide rail automatic coupling system, making installation and maintenance convenient, eliminating the need for personnel to enter the sewage pool;

7) The float switch position can be adjusted according to the required level, enabling automatic pump start-stop without supervision;
