Radiator and valve basics
Heating radiators are an essential component of a home heating system, serving as the final point for distributing warmth. The basic principle behind a radiator is natural air convection, where heat rises and circulates throughout the room. Radiators provide a comfortable heating experience, operate silently, do not dry the air, and offer high thermal efficiency with energy-saving features. Each radiator is equipped with a thermostatic valve, allowing individual temperature control in every room, giving homeowners the flexibility to adjust the temperature according to their preferences.
Modern radiators come in a variety of designs, offering both functionality and aesthetic appeal. They are available in different materials such as steel, aluminum, copper-aluminum composites, stainless steel, and cast iron. Typically installed on the walls of a room, each radiator is connected with a set of inlet and outlet valves. By adjusting the water flow, users can regulate the heating level in each space. The central heating system automatically manages the water intake based on the energy consumption of each room, ensuring both comfort and energy efficiency.
The water inlet valve comes in two main types: standard and automatic temperature-controlled. Standard valves allow manual regulation, while automatic ones can adjust the room temperature by controlling the water flow into the radiator. These automatic valves are graduated, making them easy to use and highly effective. Commonly used are standard angle valves for water inlet and outlet, often manufactured by reputable brands like Caleffi from Italy and Danfoss from Denmark. With these options, homeowners can enjoy a personalized and efficient heating solution tailored to their lifestyle.
Die Sinker EDM, also called erosion EDM, cavity type EDM or spark EDM, consists of an electrode and workpiece submerged in
dielectric fluid. Die Sinker EDM is fast, effective, and can be used to machining virtually any electrically conductive metal material.
It is widely used in mould industry. TipTop Machinery have been developed to prove an ideal mix of Speed, Accuracy, Surface finsh
and Low electrode Consumption.
