The product features a multi-function position indicator with a NAMUR standard mounting groove, allowing easy installation of accessories like valve positioners and limit switches. The output shaft is a high-precision, one-piece gear made from nickel-plated alloy steel, meeting ISO5211, DIN337, and NAMUR standards. It can be customized in size and is available in stainless steel upon request.
The cylinder is constructed from ASTM6005 extruded aluminum, featuring hard oxidation treatment. Additional surface options include epoxy coating, PTFE coating, or nickel plating. Reversing the piston allows for direction change. Stroke adjustment is achieved via two external, independent screws, enabling ±5° precise adjustment in both opening and closing positions.

These springs offer excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Single-acting actuators are safe and easy to disassemble, allowing for spring number adjustments to meet different torque output needs.
Bearings and guides use low-friction, long-life composite materials, preventing direct metal-to-metal contact and simplifying maintenance. Sealing is provided by O-rings made from nitrile rubber at room temperature, while fluorine or silicone rubber is used for high or low-temperature applications.
