Description:
The shredders have been designed for a wide array of applications and industrial like in house and genral recycling,electronic waste and post consumer waste handling.inout materials can be all kinds of plastic like lumps,pipes,film,woven bags,electronic waste like cables and ICBS,paper,wood,and other organic mateials,depending on inpit material and the following process the shredded material as defined by the used screen size can be directly  used or go into the next step of size reduction for example in a PNDS granulator.
The single shaft shredder are small to medium size reduction machines suitable for processing a wide range of material to a uniform particle size.The products can often be sold as is,or be sent for further prcessing through additional equipment .Throughtputs typically range between 300kg/h-5000kg/h+depending on the model,material type .

ROTOR
1.V type rotor design,energy efficient
2.Knives are made of imported material DC53,the special manufactrue process and heat treatment,the knives become more durable.Adjustable knives can be rotated and used on four edges before replacement
3.Optional weld on hard facing is avaliable for abrasive applications.

RAM
1.The pusher box has no adjustable guide block, and the guide strip cooperating with the pusher box is installed inside the box body
2.Machined one-piece segmented floor
3.Advanced adjustable sealing system for the pusher unit
4.Fines discharge chute-to collect the fines during shredding to protect the hydraulic power pack.

Hydraulic system
1.Twin speed hydraulics can be adjusted to achieve optimum production.
2.Integrated oil/air cooter:maintain the temperature for continuous operation
3.Cover insulator optional:for applications e.g wood shredding to aviod explosion.
