LPG Turbine Pump LWB-150

Overview of the LWB-150 LPG Turbine Pump

Designed for high differential pressure applications, this pump is suitable for both underground and above-ground tank systems.

As a cost-effective alternative to submersible pumps, the LWB-150 meets various LPG demands, whether you need low or high flow rates under high pressure conditions.

It is an ideal choice for dual-hose LPG dispensers, featuring a continuous-duty design that ensures reliable performance and easy maintenance.

The pump is built for durability, with simple serviceability that keeps operational costs low.

Mainly used for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders and other similar chemical products with similar suction properties. Method of Use: 1. Connect the pump inlet to the cylinder valve, open the cylinder valve, and invert the cylinder. It is recommended that the cylinder outlet be higher than the pump to check the pressure gauge. Normal pressure should be around 2 kg. 2. Turn on the pump outlet to purge air from the system. Then, turn on the cylinder valve and open all switches. 3. Perform a manual test by rotating the pump’s hand wheel to check for any internal obstructions. Start the power switch to test the pump. Ensure the pump is properly shielded during operation. 4. After use, empty the container, cut off the power, and close the valve. Note: Before using, ensure that the voltage and starting current match the motor's specifications, especially if using household two-phase electricity. Avoid inverting the pump during operation. If no fluid is being discharged, stop the pump immediately and check the cylinder for liquid to prevent damage. For accurate weight measurement, it is best to use an electronic scale. In winter, avoid using cylinders with water as ice can block the lines. Common failure issues and solutions: 1. No pressure or no liquid: - Check the pump and connections. - Inspect the switch, cylinder valve, and pipeline filters for blockages. - Ensure there is sufficient liquid in the cylinder. 2. Vibration and noise: - Check if the outlet valve is fully opened. - Replace the bearing if it is damaged.
