Mainly used for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders and other similar chemical products with comparable suction properties.

Usage Instructions:

  1. Connect the pump inlet to the cylinder, open the valve angle, and place the cylinder upside down. Ensure the cylinder outlet is higher than the pump for better performance. Check the pressure gauge; normal pressure should be around 2 kg.
  2. Turn on the pump outlet and exhaust the air from the pump. Then, activate the cylinder and open all switches.
  3. Test the pump by manually rotating the wheel to check for any internal issues. Start the power switch and ensure the pump operates properly.
  4. When parking, empty the tank, cut off the power, and close the valve.

Important Notes:

  • Before using, ensure that the voltage and current match the motor's specifications, especially if using household two-phase electricity, to avoid damaging the motor.
  • Do not invert the pump during operation. If no fluid is being discharged, stop the pump immediately and check the inlet for liquid to prevent damage.
  • For weighing, use an electronic scale to monitor the cylinder’s content. If there is water in the cylinder, especially in winter, it may cause ice blockage and lead to failure.
  • If the pump shows no pressure or no liquid, check the connections, valves, and filters. For vibration or noise, check if the outlet valve is open or if the bearing is damaged and replace if necessary.

PEUGEOT Connecting Rod

In the suspension system of a Peugeot car, the connecting rod is usually made of metal material, which has a certain strength and rigidity. It connects the wheel suspension bracket and other components of the suspension system, such as shock absorbers, springs, etc. Through the connection of connecting rods, the suspension system can better absorb and disperse the impact force of the road surface, providing better driving comfort and stability.
