The LCMD type offline low pressure pulse bag filter is designed and manufactured using advanced foreign technology. It operates under negative pressure and is a large, long-bag low-pressure pulse dust collector. This system combines features such as high voltage pulse bags, low-pressure pipes, and impinging pulses, offering a compact structure, efficient dust removal, stable operation, and long-lasting filter bags. 2. Main Structure and Working Principle
2.1 Main Structure
The LCMD type chamber stop duct injection low pressure pulse bag filter consists of the bag room (cabinet), ash hopper, clean gas chamber, filter bags with frames, pulse injection system, bellows for air intake and exhaust, air valves, discharge valves, support structures, and foundations.
2.2 Box
The offline low pressure pulse bag filter uses a modular structure that reduces on-site installation work and ensures equipment quality. A sectional block device at the bottom of the box intercepts coarse particles, allowing them to fall directly into the ash hopper. The remaining fine dust flows into the filter bags through guided airflow, improving efficiency and reducing wear on the filters.
2.3 Ash Hopper
The ash hopper is made from 4 mm thick steel plates welded together, reinforced with angle steel for strength. The bottom includes a large aperture grid for easy access. Maintenance personnel can inspect the filter bags directly from above, reducing labor intensity and enabling clean operations, which is highly appreciated by maintenance teams.

Given the presence of SO2 and moisture in flue gas, which can create corrosive acid liquids, we use high-temperature FMS needled felt with excellent resistance to acids and alkalis. Key specifications include:

Each bag room is connected to a clean gas tank, containing multiple spray nozzles. The spray pipe is fixed to the wall board, with terminal clamps securing it to the bracket. This design simplifies installation and ensures even air distribution for optimal cleaning performance.

The manhole and inspection doors are designed for quick access, eliminating the need for tools during maintenance. They feature a CAM-type mechanism for easy operation, ensuring a tight seal and convenient access.

3. Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the filter through the bellows and falls into the ash hopper upon encountering a baffle. Coarse particles settle directly, while fine dust passes through the filter bags. Under negative pressure, the cleaned gas exits through the clean gas chamber and is released into the atmosphere. When dust accumulates, the pulse valve injects compressed air to shake off the dust, which then falls into the hopper. This process repeats for each chamber in sequence.

5.1.2 Dust Discharge and Conveying Control
The system supports manual discharge via star-shaped valves and two ash hoppers for efficient waste management.
5.1.3 Butterfly Valve Control
Automatic butterfly valves are installed to prevent accidents and ensure continuous production, with interlocks between the valve and pipeline for safety.
