The filter material is made of stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel punched hole mesh, ideal for the initial stage dewatering in heavy oil combustion systems. It can also be used for chemical liquid filtration with a precision of 100 microns. The filter element is composed of stainless steel round microporous mesh, suitable for pretreatment and post-treatment systems in industries such as electronics, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food. It further purifies water containing low levels of suspended impurities (less than 2–5 mg/L).

OMF VACUUM PUMP OUTLET OIL MIST FILTER Our company has developed the OMF series outlet oil mist filter specifically for rotary piston and rotary vane vacuum pumps. These filters effectively remove oil mist emitted by vacuum pumps, significantly reducing environmental pollution and oil consumption. The OMF filters are equipped with bypass valves and exhaust pressure indicators. If the exhaust pressure becomes too high, the bypass valve will automatically open to reduce it. Compared to standard oil mist filters, OMF filters offer greater safety and reliability. The outer layer of the filter core features a removable cloth that can be replaced or washed when dirty, greatly extending the life of the filter core.

DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE VALVE DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve, installed on dedicated mechanical vacuum pumps. It synchronizes with the pump's opening and closing. When the pump stops or power is interrupted, the valve closes automatically using atmospheric pressure, maintaining vacuum and preventing contamination from reverse flow. Applicable media: air and non-corrosive gases. Note: Upper flange has a sealing groove; lower flange does not.
