Description.
The Flexo Wire Side-Stitching Line is developed by our company, combining the best of our Flexo Ruling Machine series with advanced foreign technology. After unwinding the paper roll, it goes through double-side flexo printing, cross-cutting into single sheets, counting, stacking, automatic cover placement, wire stitching, folding, spine finishing, and final trimming to produce high-quality notebooks. This machine is ideal for manufacturing wire-bound student notebooks and exercise books. The key components are imported from renowned international manufacturers. The electrical control system uses the latest Fieldbus and servo control technologies, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all parts of the machine.
Process Overview.
Working Principle.
The process begins with the paper roll being unwound and fed through the transfer cylinder to the printing unit. After flexo printing, the web is cut to the desired sheet length in the lateral sheeter. The stacked sheets are then counted, piled, and transferred to the feeding unit where a cover sheet is added. The stack is then wire-stitched, folded, and trimmed before being delivered as the final product.
