Summary
EQS valve actuators are the latest generation of our company’s products, designed for driving and controlling butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves with part-turn (90°) movement. These actuators can be operated remotely or locally.
They are widely used in industries such as oil, chemical, power generation, water treatment, and paper manufacturing.
The protection class is IP67, and the explosion-proof class is d II BT4 (with EX certificates).
This operation manual applies to general-type actuators. For special-type actuators, an additional manual will be provided.
Structure
The actuator consists of the following parts:
1. Enclosure: top cover and mounting base
2. Driving part: highly efficient, hermetic squirrel-cage motor
3. Rotating part: double worm gear system
4. Manual override: handwheel and clutch mechanism
5. Modulating part: separated from the body for easy adjustment
6. Torque switch and limit switch
7. Travel testing and feedback system
